To be human is to experience loss. Whether that’s the loss of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, or the loss of normalcy, loss has the power to knock us down and keep us low. But after the initial shock, it also has the power to transform us—if we let it. (I know many of us have seen that first hand in the last year and a half!)
