As an actress and entrepreneur, I’ve been hesitant to be vulnerable about my journey, but I’m not going to be silent anymore. It was my own breaking open, my own re-awakening to my heart (and to my art) and my own struggle with resistances that compel me to share the stories of other women who are living their authentic truth.
